Riders agreement with DirtBoard Waihi Ltd.

The following information is contained in a form which is to be signed by every rider before riding the track. 

I agree to abide by all of the safety rules set out below:

• Safety gear to is be worn at all times while riding - helmet, knee/shin guards, elbow pads, wrist guards.
• Ride only in the designated areas.
• No inverted airs are to be performed.  Any attempt to do inverted tricks will mean instant removal of all riding equipment.
• No purposeful interference (pushing / collisions) with other riders.
• To avoid collisions, get off the track / path of other riders as quickly as possible after a fall or after stopping
• Be aware at all times of any riders lower down the track.
• No riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

 

I am not aware of any exisiting physical problems that would mean I should not be riding a mountainboard.

I have no issue with falling onto a dirt or grass surface (you will fall off your board at some point).

I agree that it is my own decision to ride a mountainboard and DirtBoard Waihi Ltd. are in no way liable for any injury sustained during my riding.
